Head of International Relations and Operations Service

Job responsibilities

• • Build an maintain strong relationbships with global, regional and domestic banks, multilateral institutions and other FI
  • Expand and strengthen correspondent banking network for key currencies and trade corridors
  • Source and negotiate credit lines, bilateral loans, and other funding from FI partners
  • Ensure access to diverse clearing arrangements, funding sources and market infrastructure
  • Represent the bank in FI-related negotiations, industry forums and bilateral meetings
  • Support ALM/BSM team in diversifying funding mix and optimizing liquidity
  • Maintain and enhance FI support for trade finance flows
  • Maintain up-to-date FI due diligence and oboarding documentation
  • Work closely with ALM/BSM, Compliance and Operations to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of FI related initiatives
  • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance in cross-border payment channels
  • Lead the FIG team to deliver professional relationship management and execution

Necessary requirements

• • Higher education in the field of economics, management or finance
  • 5+ years of work experience in financial banking system, with a strong understanding of Financial Institutions (e.g., banks, IFIs).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and challenge senior leaders with data-driven insights.
  • Ability to lead a small team, driving high performance and alignment with Bank strategy.
  • Ability to negotiate and collaborate with departments
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English
