Amio Bank informs that on March 5, 2026, at 2:10 PM, the auction of real estate and movable property belonging to "Hrazdan Cement Corporation" LLC will be held in Yerevan.

The auction is public and is being held within the framework of the property sale program of a company declared bankrupt by the decision of the Bankruptcy Court of the Republic of Armenia.

The auction includes 44 separate properties in one single lot, with a total value of approximately 16,920,558,130 AMD.

Persons wishing to participate in the auction may, until February 26, 2026, submit an application for participation in the auction to the court in accordance with the auction regulations and the required mandatory payments.

The auction is conducted through public bidding, using the classical method, where the participant offering the highest price is declared the winner. The sale price must be paid in full within 10 days.

Auction for the Sale of Property of “Hrazdan Cement Corporation” LLC

The placement of the bonds will be completed on April 17, after which they will be listed on the Armenian Stock Exchange.
