Premium Client Manager

  • Responsibilities

      • Manage a portfolio of Premium clients, ensuring personalized and high-quality service.
      • Analyze clients’ financial needs and offer appropriate banking solutions.
      • Perform active and cross- selling tailored to client needs.
      • Promote the use of the bank’s products and services taking into account the clients’ interests.
      • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients.
      • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective customer service.
      • Handle necessary documentation.
      • Prepare periodic reports and other duties based on job responsibilities.
  • Necessary requirements

      • Higher education in Economics, Finance, Banking or related fields.
      • At least 1 year of work experience in the banking sector.
      • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
      • Customer-focused mindset.
      • Ability to orientate quickly.
      • Flexibility.
      • Good knowledge of Russian and English languages (both written and verbal).
