Procurement Leading Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• • Constant market research and search for new suppliers
  • Clarification of needs with internal departments
  • Collection, comparison and analysis of price offers
  • Conducting negotiations with partners regarding prices, payments, and delivery terms
  • Ordering goods according to purchase requests, categorizing them, and approving related invoices for payment purposes
  • Preparing and signing contracts with suppliers
  • Checking the quality of supplied goods and services

Necessary requirements:

• • Higher education
  • 2 years of work experience in procurement
  • Negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent command of Armenian language
  • Knowledge of Russian or English language
