Non-Resident Customer Service Manager
Job responsibilities
- Providing proper service to non-resident VIP customers in accordance with high standards in Russian and English.
- Collection, identification (KYC), verification, entry of necessary documents of customers in the appropriate system
- Opening and maintenance of customer accounts and cards, implementation of settlement operations,
- Identifying customer needs, attracting new customers
- Implementation of non-cash transactions,
- Remote service for customers already registered online.
- Phone and email answering skills.
Necessary requirements
- Higher education
- Knowledge of banking Services and Products
- Knowledge of banking legislation
- At least 1 year banking experience in customer service
- Document management skills
- Data Entry Skills
- Digital/Mathematical literacy
- Detail oriented skills, ability to organize work correctly.
- Ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of AS
- Computer skills
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English
