Head of Remote Card Servicing and Reporting Unit
Job responsibilities
- Ensuring the processes of file exchange and acceptance
- Management of local and international appeal processes, along with the corresponding official correspondence and reports arising from them
- Providing proper consultation to the service staff
- Managing the process of creating, editing, and registering intervals for card standards and billing schemes
- Coordination of the issued cards recording and their distribution by branches
- Verification and processing of invoices received from payment and settlement systems
- Submission of relevant reports in the system to the Central Bank of Armenia, other Bank divisions, and all payment and settlement systems
- Ensuring the review of card application forms and their timely processing within the established deadlines
Necessary requirements
- Higher education in economics, mathematics, or related fields
- At least 3 years of working experience with payment cards
- Knowledge of legislation governing the operation of card payment systems
- Good command of Ms Office, Smart Vista, AS-Bank systems
- Management experience will be considered an advantage
- Excellent command of spoken and written Armenian language
- Good knowledge of Russian and English languages
