Job responsibilities
- Attraction of retail loan, card, and small business clients, identification of their needs, direct and cross-sales using templates in the AS-Bank system
- Acceptance of loan applications, loan and collateral processing in the AS-Bank system, preparation of loan disbursement orders, and compilation of loan packages
- Opening, reissuing, and closing of plastic cards
- Conducting presentations to attract clients and payroll projects, participation in BTL campaigns and “Bank at the Workplace” events organized by the Bank
- Organization and execution of loan transactions with legal entities and individuals
- Fulfillment of monthly sales plans
Necessary requirements
- Higher education, preferably in finance, accounting, or economics
- One year of work experience as a credit specialist in the financial banking or related sectors
- Knowledge of banking operations and transactions, as well as legislation regulating banking activities
- Analytical thinking
- Communication skills
- Teamwork ability
- Ability to work within clearly defined deadlines
- Ability to make quick decisions and navigate challenging situations
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of the AS-Bank system is desirable
- Excellent command of Armenian; good knowledge of English and Russian is desirable
