Job responsibilities

• • Attraction of retail loan, card, and small business clients, identification of their needs, direct and cross-sales using templates in the AS-Bank system
  • Acceptance of loan applications, loan and collateral processing in the AS-Bank system, preparation of loan disbursement orders, and compilation of loan packages
  • Opening, reissuing, and closing of plastic cards
  • Conducting presentations to attract clients and payroll projects, participation in BTL campaigns and “Bank at the Workplace” events organized by the Bank
  • Organization and execution of loan transactions with legal entities and individuals
  • Fulfillment of monthly sales plans

Necessary requirements

• • Higher education, preferably in finance, accounting, or economics
  • One year of work experience as a credit specialist in the financial banking or related sectors
  • Knowledge of banking operations and transactions, as well as legislation regulating banking activities
  • Analytical thinking
  • Communication skills
  • Teamwork ability
  • Ability to work within clearly defined deadlines
  • Ability to make quick decisions and navigate challenging situations
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of the AS-Bank system is desirable
  • Excellent command of Armenian; good knowledge of English and Russian is desirable
