Job description

• • Preparation and submission of applications for declaring bankruptcy and registering claims in the bankruptcy court; study and analysis of problematic bankruptcy case files, judicial acts and letters received from the court, letters and other documents submitted by bankruptcy trustees, correspondence and information received regarding procedural actions; and based on this, representation of the Bank’s interests in the bankruptcy court, as well as in the civil appellate and cassation courts, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and the Bank’s internal legal act,
  • Participation in bankruptcy or forced auctions and acquisition of assets, state registration of property rights,
  • Study, analysis, clarification, proposal, opinion, and drafting of conclusions on legal documents, including procedural ones — response to a claim, objections, position, counterclaim or security, appeal, and so on.

Necessary requirements

• • Higher legal education
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in bankruptcy cases
  • Experience in working in the banking system in the specified areas will be considered an advantage
  • Having a license as a lawyer, judicial officer, or bankruptcy trustee, or any work experience in the specified areas will be considered an advantage
  • Good knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia, the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia, the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Bankruptcy", the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Public Auctions", laws regulating banking activities, and other legal acts.
  • Good knowledge of the fundamentals of office administration
  • Proficiency in internet use, computer skills, and MS Office
  • Knowledge of AS-Bank 4.0 system will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written Armenian
