Phone Customer Service Specialist
Responsibilities
- Provide consultations to current and new customers on the services and products rendered by the bank
- Provide technical support related to the systems available to customers
- Perform of cross-selling inbound calls
- Conduct outgoing phone calls to various target groups aimed at sales promotion, as well as calls based on the pre-approved lists arising from the needs of the company
- Identify and resolve client concerns, as well as redirect inbound inquiries to the relevant divisions of the Bank or to the immediate manager of the Bank in specific cases information about the proposed and unresolved issues to the relevant departments or to the direct manager
- Accept complaints and suggestions received via phone calls from customers and redirect to coordinators
- Perform other duties as assigned
Necessary requirements
- Higher education
- One year work experience in customer service
- Knowledge of banking legislation
- Knowledge of MS Office, AS-Bank
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent command of Armenian
- Good knowledge of Russian or English languages
