Application Administrator

  • Job Responsibilities

      • Support the implementation of new products and related solutions in operational systems.
      • Analyze new business/legal requirements, propose solutions, perform testing, and deploy them into the production environment.
      • Contribute to process optimization by proposing technical improvements.
      • Test new system versions, identify issues, and ensure their resolution.
      • Perform module testing, document and report detected defects.
      • Support departments in resolving IT‑related questions and issues.
      • Monitor processes and system logs, report problems to the supervisor, and propose solutions.
      • Ensure the smooth and continuous operation of systems.
  • Requirements

      • Higher education (technical background is considered an advantage).
      • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, service quality or complaint analysis.
      • Analytical thinking and data‑handling skills.
      • Knowledge of AS, Service Desk, and customer feedback tools is an advantage.
      • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
      • Customer‑oriented mindset, initiative, and high sense of responsibility.
      • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English languages.
