Application Administrator
Job Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of new products and related solutions in operational systems.
- Analyze new business/legal requirements, propose solutions, perform testing, and deploy them into the production environment.
- Contribute to process optimization by proposing technical improvements.
- Test new system versions, identify issues, and ensure their resolution.
- Perform module testing, document and report detected defects.
- Support departments in resolving IT‑related questions and issues.
- Monitor processes and system logs, report problems to the supervisor, and propose solutions.
- Ensure the smooth and continuous operation of systems.
Requirements
- Higher education (technical background is considered an advantage).
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, service quality or complaint analysis.
- Analytical thinking and data‑handling skills.
- Knowledge of AS, Service Desk, and customer feedback tools is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Customer‑oriented mindset, initiative, and high sense of responsibility.
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English languages.
