Performance Management Senior Specialist

  • Key Responsibilities

      • Ensure accurate, timely, and methodology-compliant implementation of the full performance management cycle within the Bank (goal setting and evaluation phases, feedback provision, competency assessment, etc.).
      • Conduct regular reviews/diagnostics of the performance management system, identify improvement opportunities, and propose development initiatives.
      • Support employees and managers in application of performance management tools, objective formulation, and evaluation processes.
      • Ensure the smooth and effective operation, development, and issue resolution of the Performance Management Information System.
      • Analyze performance evaluation results and prepare managerial reports and analytical materials.
      • Participate in the development of performance-based compensation systems.
      • Participate in the development and implementation of the job grading system within the Bank.
      • Participate in the development, review, and alignment of job descriptions with banking standards.
      • Participate in the implementation of the succession planning process within the Bank.
      • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
      • Participate in other organizational development, efficiency improvement, and change management initiatives.
  • Required Qualifications

      • Higher education in Human Resource Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
      • At least 2 years of experience in the HR field; experience in banking or the financial sector is preferred.
      • Strong knowledge of strategic HR management and modern organizational development approaches.
      • Experience in developing and supporting an already implemented performance management system will be considered an advantage.
      • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
      • Excellent command of Armenian and English; good knowledge of Russian.
      • Strong knowledge of modern performance management approaches, including OKRs and KPIs.
      • High analytical skills and ability to work with data.
      • Systemic thinking.
      • Growth mindset with a strong desire and ability for continuous development and learning.
      • Excellent communication skills.
      • High emotional intelligence and empathy.
      • Willingness to take ownership of processes.
      • Strong attention to detail.
      • Ability to work in a team and maintain confidentiality.
      • Time management skills.
      • High sense of discipline and responsibility.
