Core Operational System Administrator
Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation of new products in the Bank’s systems and configure related solutions
- Analyze new business and regulatory requirements, propose solutions, perform testing, and support implementation
- Perform updates of operating systems, test and deploy new versions
- Test new system modules, identify and log defects
- Monitor business processes and system logs, conduct analysis, and propose solutions
- Oversee end-of-day operations in the AS Bank system, perform monitoring, analyze issues, and optimize processes
- Register users, assign access rights, and provide technical support
- Support and analyze system-related requests and issues from all Bank departments
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of the Bank’s systems
- Perform other duties assigned by the service or department manager
Requirements
- Higher education
- At least 2 years of experience in IT or customer support
- Knowledge of banking legislation and regulations
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Good communication skills
- Analytical thinking
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian
- Knowledge of Russian and English is a plus
