Core Operational System Administrator

  • Responsibilities

      • Participate in the implementation of new products in the Bank’s systems and configure related solutions
      • Analyze new business and regulatory requirements, propose solutions, perform testing, and support implementation
      • Perform updates of operating systems, test and deploy new versions
      • Test new system modules, identify and log defects
      • Monitor business processes and system logs, conduct analysis, and propose solutions
      • Oversee end-of-day operations in the AS Bank system, perform monitoring, analyze issues, and optimize processes
      • Register users, assign access rights, and provide technical support
      • Support and analyze system-related requests and issues from all Bank departments
      • Ensure uninterrupted operation of the Bank’s systems
      • Perform other duties assigned by the service or department manager
  • Requirements

      • Higher education
      • At least 2 years of experience in IT or customer support
      • Knowledge of banking legislation and regulations
      • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
      • Good communication skills
      • Analytical thinking
      • Excellent knowledge of Armenian
      • Knowledge of Russian and English is a plus
