Card Fraud Monitoring Specialist (Night Shift)

  • Job responsibilities

    • Perform real-time monitoring of transactions made with cards issued by the Bank and recorded in the SmartVista system.
    • Conduct daily monitoring of transactions registered in the SmartVista system to prevent fraudulent activities through terminals serviced by the Bank.
    • Review information received from payment and settlement systems and, based on analysis, identify suspicious transactions and potential fraudulent activities.
    • Contact cardholders and conduct inquiries to verify transactions carried out using Bank-issued cards and at merchant service points.
    • Maintain daily reports and records.
    • Perform other duties and assignments as instructed by the immediate supervisor.

  • Required qualifications

    • Higher education degree.
    • Professional knowledge and skills in payment card operations, fraud prevention, and transaction monitoring will be considered an advantage.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and the HԾ Bank software.
    • Good command of English and Russian languages.
    • Ability to work night shifts.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Effective time management skills.
