INTELIEXPRESS is an express funds transfer system between individuals without opening an account. The system has been expanding continuously in the international market since 2007. Currently, the system is represented in about 90 countries and has 24-hour service centers in Greece, Georgia, Italy and U.K. The maximum time of the transfer is 10 -15 minutes.

General Terms and Conditions for Fast Money Transfers (hereinafter “FMT”) Systems
- Fast money transfers can be sent and received by both account holders and non-account holders who are individuals aged 18 and above.
- Regardless of the transfer currency, the commission fee is charged to the sender in AMD, calculated at the Central Bank of Armenia exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Preferential exchange rates apply for customers receiving transfers via fast money transfer systems.

For each transfer/remittance/payment, the Bank provides the customer with a receipt confirming the execution of the transfer/remittance/payment.

In order to comply with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Combating Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing, the Bank, for the purpose of proper customer due diligence, may request additional documents or other information from the customer based on the “Know Your Customer” (KYC) principle, as well as ask additional questions during verbal communication with the customer. For each money transfer sending/payment, the Bank provides the customer with a receipt confirming the execution of the transfer.

Provision of reference Information regarding the account, account balance, and transactions performed with or without an account in the Bank’s premises, via email, or through the internet/mobile banking system (including VAT):
- In Armenian language - 2 000 AMD
- In Russian or English languages - 3 500 AMD
- Certificates regarding transactions received/sent via fast money transfer systems - 5 000 AMD

Dispute Resolution Procedure and Protection of Account Holder’s Rights: Disputes and disagreements arising between the parties are resolved through negotiations between the parties, and in case of failure to reach such an agreement, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. The Bank examines the Customer’s complaint-claim, if it was submitted within one year from the moment the Customer learned or could have learned about the violation of his rights. The Bank provides a final response to the complaint submitted by the Customer within 10 (ten) business days. If the Customer is not satisfied with the Bank’s response, the latter may apply to the Financial System Ombudsman within six months, in accordance with the RA Law “On the Financial System Mediator”, or apply to the court in accordance with the procedure established by law.

In case of delay, non-performance or partial performance of payment and (or) transfer by the Bank, the Bank bears the liability established by the RA legislation.

During the provision of services, based on the customer due diligence requirement set forth in the RA Law “On Combating Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism”, the “Know your client” principle, the need to clarify the fact that the Customer is a US taxpayer in accordance with the agreement signed with the US based on the “Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA)”, as well as taking into account other various circumstances, the Bank may request additional documents and information from the Customer.

In accordance with the requirements of the RA Tax Code and the “Common Reporting Standard for Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information” (CRS), the Bank may collect and transfer certain information on the accounts and tax residency of non-resident customers to the RA State Revenue Committee. In case of failure to provide the required information to the Bank, the Bank will be forced to refuse (suspend) transactions with the Customer's financial accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia, with the exception of transactions involving the transfer of funds belonging to the Customer to an account opened in the Customer's name at another financial institution or the provision of funds to the Customer in person.

- Money transfers via the INTELEXPRESS system are carried out in all branches of the Bank and at the "Nalbandyan" service center.
- The maximum period for transferring/receiving funds is up to 10 minutes, except for cases when the Bank or the INTELEXPRESS system performs additional checks or there are technical failures.
Change, cancellation and return of transfer terms
- The Bank changes the transfer terms within the time period specified by the System for receiving the transfer, without charging an additional commission fee.
- Changes to the terms are permitted only in the personal data of the recipient.
- Cancellation of the transfer is carried out within the time period specified by the System, without charging an additional commission fee.
- Refund of the transfer is carried out within the time period specified by the System, without charging an additional commission fee. In case of refund of money transfers, the commission fee charged from the sender is not subject to refund.
- Change of validity conditions, cancellation of transfer and return are subject to execution only in case of not yet paid transfers, upon submission of the relevant application and the sender's identification document.
- In case of delay, non-execution or partial execution of a transfer made through the INTELEXPRESS payment system, the sender may contact the INTELEXPRESS service center by visiting the website inteliexpress.com.
- If the transferred funds have already been paid to the beneficiary, the Bank is not responsible for the return of the funds.
- In case the beneficiary does not receive the transferred funds within the period specified by the System, the Bank is not responsible for the return of the transferred funds.
- The Bank has the right to refuse to perform the transfer if it does not comply with the requirements of the RA legislation, its own or the cooperating organization’s internal legal acts or international legislation, and is not responsible for the cooperating organization’s refusal, suspension or freezing of the transaction, refund of the amount, failure to provide the amount to the beneficiary due to the application of sanctions, or the timing of the provision.
- The Bank is not responsible for losses arising in the event of a transfer based on incorrect data provided by the client.
- The Bank is not responsible for the consequences arising from the client providing the transfer verification number or a scanned copy of the documents to a third party.
- For transfers to Georgia, the tariff is set at 0 (currency of transfer: RUB - currency of payment: USD)
