Head of Operations and Data Analytics Service

  • Job responsibilities

    • Lead and oversee corporate operations management and control processes.
    • Evaluate the efficiency of operational processes and implement optimization initiatives.
    • Organize the collection, processing, and analysis of corporate business data.
    • Develop analytical reports and business recommendations based on data insights.
    • Identify operational risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
    • Develop, monitor, and report on operational performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Organize, lead, and support the professional development of the service team.
    • Ensure effective collaboration with the Bank’s internal departments.
    • Identify opportunities for process automation and digitalization and drive their implementation.
    • Support business management in data-driven decision-making processes.

  • Necessary requirements

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field
    • At least 3–5 years of professional experience in the banking or financial sector
    • Experience in operations management and/or data analytics
    • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL and Business Intelligence (BI) tools will be considered an advantage
    • Proven experience in process optimization and operational efficiency improvement
    • Team leadership and organizational management skills
    • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility
    • Good command of English and Russian languages
