Lead Specialist, ATM and POS Terminal Maintenance Department

  • Job responsibilities

    • Software installation and configuration for newly installed ATMs and cash-in/cash-out machines (CRMs)
    • Technical and software maintenance of ATMs and cash-in/cash-out machines
    • Conducting preventive maintenance and inspections
    • Online monitoring of ATMs and cash-in/cash-out machines
    • Participation in the cash loading/unloading process of ATMs and cash-in/cash-out machines
    • Retrieval of retained cards

  • Necessary requirements

    • Higher education in a technical, mathematical, or economics-related field
    • At least two years of work experience in the banking sector
    • At least one year of experience working with ATMs
    • Strong communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Excellent command of the Armenian language
    • Good knowledge of Russian and English languages
