  • Job responsibilities

    • Monitoring and analysis of the Bank’s current and projected liquidity position
    • Monitoring and analysis of the Bank’s capital adequacy, structure, and projected position
    • Assessment and analysis of asset profitability and the cost of funding liabilities
    • Ongoing analysis, assessment, and monitoring of the structure of assets and liabilities
    • Supporting the effective organization and facilitation of ALCO activities
    • Ensuring the timely and highly accurate preparation of internal and regulatory reports related to Asset, Liability and Capital Management (ALCM)
    • Ensuring the development, review, and periodic updating of policies and procedures related to ALCM
    • Supporting management decision-making based on data and analysis

  • Necessary requirements

    • Higher education in economics, finance, mathematics, or a related field
    • At least 3 years of work experience in the financial and banking sector
    • Knowledge of data analysis tools: SQL, Python, Power BI
    • Good knowledge of financial and banking reporting and the key regulatory/normative framework
    • Knowledge of the AS-Bank system
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
    • Ability to quickly assess situations and make effective decisions
    • Ability to plan and complete tasks within established deadlines
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to effectively collaborate and negotiate with various departments
