  • Job responsibilities

    • Organization, coordination and control of current working process of branch employees, ensuring their efficiency and continuity
    • Execution of the branch's business plan, portfolios, sales and other plans, in particular: the involvement of payroll projects, conducting presentations, organizing basic, cross and telephone sales
    • Conducting performance analysis of actual and expected sales on a weekly basis, taking action to meet sales plans
    • Participation in ATM charging and discharging process, providing software approval
    • Supervision of the official duties fulfillment, working process and discipline performance by employees of the branch
    • Submission of proposals on branch issues
    • Participation in the opening and closing processes of the vault

  • Required qualifications

    • Higher education
    • At least two years of work experience in the financial and banking system
    • Knowledge of financial analysis
    • Knowledge of banking legislation
    • Leadership skills
    • Communication skills
    • Excellent command of the Armenian language
    • Knowledge of Russian and/or English languages
