Responsibilities

• • Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen and promote the company's positive and values-based corporate culture
  • Participate in the implementation of programs aimed at employee engagement, appreciation and sense of belonging
  • Participate in the implementation of a comprehensive internal communications strategy, ensuring employee awareness and engagement with the company's goals and values
  • Organize and support company-wide events, conferences, and meetings to promote networking and communication
  • Organize various team and cultural events
  • Offer event options and modern formats to celebrate holidays/events
  • Stay aware of latest developments in the field, submit innovative ideas

Necessary requirements

• • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, organizational psychology, or related field
  • At least 2 years of work experience in internal communications, corporate culture or employee engagement
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to formulate clear and compelling messages
  • In-depth understanding of organizational culture, employee engagement and change management principles
  • Creative thinking, project management, effective communication skills
  • Flexibility, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Attention to details
  • Proactiveness
  • Propensity for innovation and change
  • Good knowledge of Armenian and English languages
