Chief Internal Communications Specialist in the Corporate Culture Unit
- Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen and promote the company's positive and values-based corporate culture
- Participate in the implementation of programs aimed at employee engagement, appreciation and sense of belonging
- Participate in the implementation of a comprehensive internal communications strategy, ensuring employee awareness and engagement with the company's goals and values
- Organize and support company-wide events, conferences, and meetings to promote networking and communication
- Organize various team and cultural events
- Offer event options and modern formats to celebrate holidays/events
- Stay aware of latest developments in the field, submit innovative ideas
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, organizational psychology, or related field
- At least 2 years of work experience in internal communications, corporate culture or employee engagement
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to formulate clear and compelling messages
- In-depth understanding of organizational culture, employee engagement and change management principles
- Creative thinking, project management, effective communication skills
- Flexibility, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Attention to details
- Proactiveness
- Propensity for innovation and change
- Good knowledge of Armenian and English languages
