Responsibilities

• • Implementation of retail projects from concept to launch through mapping project timelines, detailed planning and control of resources and business processes and deliverables
  • Predicting and defining KPIs and project milestones necessary for successful project implementation
  • Development, updating and coordination of normative-methodological documents with the relevant departments, including development of training and operational materials
  • Development and coordination of functional requirements necessary for the launch of projects with relevant departments, including testing of changes and additions made in accordance with the technical team and developed functional requirements
  • Implementing the necessary analysis to identify touchpoints and improvement areas
  • Preparation of launch materials based on the testing process, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with project objectives
  • Coordinating project activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation and meeting deadlines

Necessary requirements

• • Higher Education in Finance, Economics and/or related field
  • At least 3 years of work experience in project management, data analysis or related field
  • At least 2 years of work experience in financial banking system
  • Planning and organizational, strong analytical and solution-oriented skills
  • Excellent teamwork, communication and negotiation skills
  • Critical thinking
  • Computer skills: MS Office
  • Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian, English
