Job responsibilities

• • Compilation and presentation of applications for declaring bankruptcy and registering a claim to the bankruptcy court, study and analysis of packages of problematic bankruptcy cases, judicial acts and writings received (made) from the court, writings and other documents submitted by bankruptcy administrators, writings and information received on judicial actions and based on them, in accordance with RA legislation and internal legal acts of the Bank, representation of the Bank's interests in the bankruptcy court, civil appeal and cassation courts,
  • Participation in bankruptcy or forced auctions and acquisition of properties, state registration of property rights,
  • Study, analysis, clarification, presentation of proposals, opinions, conclusion of legal documents, including procedural ones: response to a claim, objection, position, counterclaim or security, complaint, etc.

Necessary requirements

• • Higher legal education,
  • At least 2 years of professional work experience in bankruptcy cases,
  • The experience in the mentioned sectors of banking system will be considered as an advantage,
  • Licensed attorney, bailiff, bankruptcy administrator or any work experience in the mentioned fields will be considered as an advantage
  • Good knowledge of RA legislation, RA Civil Code, RA Civil Procedure Code, RA Law "On Bankruptcy", RA Law "On Public Tenders", laws regulating banking activities and other legal acts
  • Knowledge of the basics of clerical work,
  • Internet, computer skills, MS Office proficiency
  • Knowledge of AS-Bank 4.0 system will be an advantage
  • Excellent oral and written command of the Armenian language
