Job responsibilities

• • Implementation of chargebacks in international payment systems, preparation of official letters
  • Compilation and submission of reports to payment systems, relevant departments
  • Implementation of card reissuance function in case of software problems
  • Verification and approval of card transactions sent offline
  • Sharing and importing of file
  • Submission of monthly and quarterly reports to VISA, MasterCard payment systems
  • Verification of invoices received from payment systems
  • Submission of LAT reports
  • VISA CONCIERGE CHAT BOT Service Base Management

Necessary requirements

• • Higher economic or mathematical education
  • At least three years of working experience in the banking system
  • At least one year of experience in payment systems
  • Knowledge of legislation regulating payment systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of SQL or Python programming would be an advantage
  • Ability to navigate quickly
  • Excellent oral and written command of the Armenian language
  • Good knowledge of Russian and English languages
