Trainer
- Development of various training and development programs, courses, seminars, on-the-job training programs and etc., based on the Bank's strategic goals and applying the industry's advanced technologies and tools
- Assists in the training planning process
- Regularly reviewing and updating the relevance of training program materials, tools and methods
- Collaborate with internal trainers in the planning and implementation of training and development programs
- Contribute to improving the quality of work of the training and development department by raising self-awareness and providing recommendations for improving the training process
- Participate in training and development department consultations and other meetings related to the implementation of tasks assigned to the department
- Assist in the planning and organization of courses and events
- Cooperate with various departments of the bank in order to identify training and development needs, observe the level of knowledge and skills and implement the necessary development measures.
- Higher education
- At least 1 year of work experience in the financial and banking sector, preferably in the field of sales and service
- Knowledge of tools and methods for developing and conducting courses is desirable
- Relevant education and training, learning and development qualifications.
- Excellent presentation, organizational, communication and planning skills
- Good knowledge of foreign languages: Russian, English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AS Bank, Mulberry programs
