
Amio Bank has replenished its statutory capital by 20 billion AMD

The statutory capital of AMIO Bank has been replenished by 20 billion AMD. The decision on the replenishment was made during the General Meeting of the Bank’s Shareholders’ on January 27, 2025.
The capital replenishment is aimed at implementing the Bank's strategic development plan, with a particular emphasis on prioritizing measures aimed at further improving the Bank's competitive position and its business.
The invested funds will specifically be directed towards expanding the retail portfolio, investments in digital technologies, as well as implementing the Bank's strategic objectives, including the completion of the rebranding project.
As a result of the capital replenishment, the Bank's statutory capital amounts to approximately 190 billion AMD, while the regulatory total capital exceeds 120 billion AMD.
Amio Bank is supervised by the Central Bank of Armenia.
