"AMIO BANK" CJSC announces an open tender to select an insurance company for the purpose of "Complex Banking Risk Insurance" (BBB) and "Directors and Officials Liability and Company Compensation Liability Insurance" (D&O). Insurance companies wishing to participate in the tender can submit the tender applications together with the required documents in sealed envelopes, indicating the addresses, full names of the sender (Participant of the Tender) and recipient (Organizer of the Tender) organizations, and a note to the "Tender Commission" by December 25, 2024 each working day from 09:15 to 16:45 to "AMIO BANK" at Nalbandyan 48, Yerevan, RA. All participants will be informed about the tender results by January 10, 2025. Insurance companies licensed by the Central Bank of RA, which carry out "Complex Banking Risk Insurance" (BBB) and "Directors and Officers Liability and Company Indemnity Liability Insurance” (D&O), can participate in the tender. **Requirements for the tender participants **

• In case of signing "Complex Banking Risk Insurance" (BBB) and "Directors and Officers Liability and Company Indemnity Liability Insurance” (D&O) agreements, the insurance premium will be deposited exclusively into the account opened by the insurance company at "AMIO BANK" CJSC.
• The price proposal for "Complex Banking Risk Insurance" (BBB ) and "Directors and Officers Liability and Company Indemnity Liability Insurance” (D&O) should include the following:

1. Bank general liability insurance
2. Electronic computer crime insurance (cyber insurance)
3. Professional indemnity insurance
4. Directors and Officers Liability and Company Indemnity Liability Insurance

"AMIO BANK" CJSC can choose the components subject to insurance from the sections above.
