**Service Description** - Acceptance of cashless payments through POS terminal.

**Fee for Provision of Physical Terminals** - 0 AMD

**Terminal Provisioning and Activation Period¹** - 5 business days

¹After approval of the application, including the integration and testing stages.

**Monthly Service Fee** - POS Terminal Provided by the Bank
- AMD 5,000 if the monthly turnover is less than AMD 500,000
- AMD 0 if the monthly turnover is AMD 500,000 or more

**Additional Terms for the Monthly Service Fee in Case of Multiple Terminals** - If a customer has more than one terminal, the service fee is calculated based on the total aggregate turnover of all terminals.

If the total turnover of the terminals meets the aggregate minimum thresholds, no service fee is charged, regardless of whether individual terminals have recorded transactions.

If the total turnover of the terminals does not meet the aggregate threshold, the service fee is charged only for those terminals that have not met the minimum turnover threshold.

In accordance with CBA Resolution No. 27-N, preferential terms have been established for businesses with an annual turnover not exceeding **AMD 150 million**.

1.	Transaction and Service Fees
- Transactions with ArCa cards: maximum 0.5%.
- Transactions with Visa and Mastercard cards issued by banks in the Republic of Armenia: maximum 0.9%.

**Minimum Fee.** If the total monthly turnover of transactions conducted through POS terminals does not exceed **AMD 50,000,** the maximum monthly amount of all service fees charged shall be:
- In Yerevan: AMD 4,600
- In regional cities: AMD 3,000
- In villages: AMD 1,000

Legislative Limits 

If the average monthly cashless turnover actually processed through the terminal at the point of service over the preceding 3 months exceeds the applicable tariff threshold, the Customer may apply to the Bank to have the tariff reviewed.

If the average monthly cashless turnover processed through the terminal over the preceding 3 months decreases and no longer meets the applicable tariff threshold, the Bank may review the tariff and adjust it in accordance with the tariffs applicable to the actual turnover.

- State Register Certificate and Charter
- VAT return for the latest reporting year
- For POS, Cash Register/POS, and mPOS: photos of the point of sale (exterior, interior, products/services)
- Business Activity Classifier (if not included in the certificate)
- Six-month statement for POS, Cash Register/POS, mPOS, or vPOS issued by another bank (if the Customer has been serviced by another bank)

**Grounds for Rejection of an Application for Installation of a POS Terminal at a Point of Sale** - The Customer’s business activities partially or fully fail to comply with the requirements established by ArCa, Visa, Mastercard, the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (CBA), and the Bank’s internal legal acts.

**Technical Maintenance and Software Updates**

1.	Maintenance: The Bank ensures the uninterrupted operation of the device and performs the necessary software updates. 
2.	In Case of Malfunction: In the event of any malfunction of the terminal, the Customer is required to notify the Bank within 1 business day. 
3.	Prohibition: The Customer is prohibited from repairing the device or making any modifications to its software or hardware independently or through third parties. All such work shall be performed exclusively by the Bank.


**Compensation Procedure in Case of Terminal Damage**

1.	Full Liability: The Customer is responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of the device (e.g., liquid ingress, impact, burning, etc.). 
2.	Compensation: In the event of loss or irreparable damage to the device, the Customer shall pay the full value of the device in accordance with the Bank’s tariffs and/or the Agreement. 
3.	Repair: If the damage can be repaired, the Customer shall reimburse the repair costs.

- **THE CUSTOMER HAS THE RIGHT TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE FINANCIAL ORGANIZATION IN THE WAY HE/She PREFERS: BY POSTAL OR ELECTRONIC. RECEIVING INFORMATION ELECTRONIC IS THE MOST CONVENIENT. IT IS AVAILABLE 24/7, FREE FROM THE RISK OF LOSS OF PAPER INFORMATION AND ENSURES CONFIDENTIALITY.** 
- For the purpose of due diligence of the customer as defined in the RA Law “On Combating Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism”, the Bank may request additional documents or other information from the borrower based on the “Know your customer” principle, as well as ask additional questions to the borrower during oral communication (if such a request exists), 
- In accordance with the agreement signed with the USA based on the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), the Bank may collect additional information to determine whether the borrower is a US taxpayer, 
- In accordance with the requirements of the RA Tax Code and the “Common Reporting Standard for Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information” (CRS), the Bank may collect and transfer certain information on the accounts and tax residency of non-resident customers to the RA State Revenue Committee. In case of failure to provide the required information to the Bank, the Bank will be forced to refuse (suspend) transactions with the borrower's financial accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia, with the exception of transactions involving the transfer of funds belonging to the borrower to an account opened in the borrower's name at another financial institution or the provision of funds to the borrower in person.
